Footbathing is more common than most people would imagine, or at least the fascination of their feet and shoes conspicuous attention. I have been writing for e-book tables for several years on a wide variety of issues. The material that seems to have created the greatest number of readers was about foot fetish Curiosity has gone against me.
What is so interesting, even fascinating, about your feet? I checked this definition for Wikipedia. "Foot fetishism, foot partialism, foot worship, or podophilia is a prominent sexual interest in the legs. It is the most common form of sexual fetishism for another sexual object or body part." And I read learning that I knew such well-known celebrities as Elvis Presley and Andy Warhol, along with the notorious woman, Casanova, and the series killer, Ted Bundy, obsessed with their feet.
At first glance, this "fetish" seems to be just a male thing. However, I found another interesting definition in further researching Wikipedia. "Shoe fetishism is the nomination of attractive sexual traits in footwear or other footwear that deals with sexual choices, mental disorders, and choices or additions to spouse interaction." Many women, to some extent, can wear shoe fetish. In the ongoing television series "Sex and the City", Carrie Bradshaw and her friends, like a stellar lover often held precious pairs of high-heeled sheds.
But these obsessions with feet and shoes are not limited to people with "mental disorders" or true foot fetish or shoe fetish. It sees these feet and shoes have an appeal to a lot of people for different reasons.
Recently, I have created some Pinterest boards and have been pinning other characters according to my particular interests. When I searched through the boards of others, I discovered a number of controls that focused on shoes, usually women's shoes, often with very high heels and open toes. They looked so attractive that I created almost a shoe cover myself.
Looking further, I found some albums labeled "Feet First" and another called "Shoes". Most of these controls have pictures of women's shoes, some with and some without living in their feet. And some add to the feet of the children. Then I found a photography area called Feet First, with pictures of both women and men, in and out of shoes. And then I find a footprint page containing 2011 pictures of women's feet.
I still don't understand what it is about feet and shoes that are interested in so many of us. But I am asked to go out for a pedicure and buy some new pairs of exotic shoes just for anyone to notice.
