Electric Low Speed Vehicles (LSV) are becoming hugely popular these days for a variety of reasons. They are quiet, fun and reliable, easy to drive, but more importantly they do not use fossil fuels. New LSV like GEM and others can be very expensive though and not practical purchase for those who would only use that occasion or weekends.
