The One-Minute Speed-Reading Improvement Exercise

One of the things you can experience while learning to read speed is to think it takes a lot of time every day to succeed.

Well if you do 15 minutes a day for 30 days you will start to see good results. To help you get the most out of those 15 minutes if it's all you can do today, there's a simple speed of reading that you can do several times on those 15-minute exercises every day.

Well here are the basic steps of this simple reading readout rate:

o Read for a minute and then count how many lines you've read.
o Next reading for one minute, this time reading two lines more than you did for the first time.
o Continue doing this by adding 2 lines more each time (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, etc.).
o Continue doing this until you can not understand what you read or can not remember what you have just read.
o Continue at this level until your understanding and memory is improved. And then hurry back.

One important point about speed reading is this. Speed ​​reading is called fast reading so people seem to think is all about reading as fast as you possibly can but if you are reading so fast you can not understand what you read is wasting your time. Speed ​​comes in time so to remind you of this key test of reading speed: –

"Always read for good understanding and remember."

You need to focus on speed reading well, if you can not understand and remember what you read then you will find that your strength will flow and as a result you will be in control and will stop reading.

As you do this exercise regularly over time, your strength will be better as you can lengthen this exercise for 2 minutes, then 4, then 6 and so on for as long as you can and comfortable to do.
