5 Mistakes to be avoided for efficient growth

Everything that happens in your life is strictly the right timing for your best growth.

When things are doing well in your relationships, your career, your finances, your health and personal satisfaction, it's easy to find that you're in the right place at the right time; that life is good.

Then you rub a rough patch in one or two areas of your life and you suddenly feel like you are walking on rugged rocks, rather than water.

It's hard to imagine that these events occur at the right time, let alone the best growth and rejuvenated spirit.

When things are going well, you feel enthusiastic, optimistic, accused and excited, as life is the biggest thing, then sliced bread, but when uneven stones pass over, the feelings are quite the opposite. You may be double, fear, stressed, depressed and feeling lack of energy and enthusiasm.

The biggest stone is not a real problem, but your beliefs and attitudes towards events and people you think are creating them.

The first mistake we make is overvaluation. We tend to think everything, especially when there is a problem. In order to create a thoughtful frenzy that creates more stress, more doubts and more fear. Hmmm …. How is this your profit and renewal?

The fact of the matter is, it is not. The way to stop madness is to ask, "How is this thought beneficial to me?" If your thoughts are not consistent with your well-being, then it's time to let them go. You can hear them out, but then reset your attitude to possibilities, no more problems.

The second is to make it terrible. Often when we face what appears to be a negative occurrence, they caused them to be worse than they actually are. We jump straight into the analysis and then it becomes the worst possible. We can create mountains from the moles, if we allow it.

The truth is that people climb mountains every day, both outer and internal. It's possible for you to climb, you just have to believe it and take the necessary steps.

The third is doubt. If you do not dodge the first two mistakes, you are directed to another guess. You doubt your decisions, your abilities, your strength, your courage and sometimes even your existence. You almost find everything and everything to guess you and the situation you are in. All these restrictive attitudes are for your best growth. Realizing what you're doubting, but the opposite too.

The fourth is losing faith. We often get involved in losing faith in the solutions and where they come from. These barriers are a way to test your faith and commitment to who you truly are.

This is not a time to lose conviction, but to strengthen it from the source it produces, whatever it may be for you.

Fifth is forgetting. You forget that you are in the right place at the right time. How do you know You know because it's where you are. Whatever you choose to be there, or something happened and you ended up there.
Wherever you are, know that you are there for your best growth.

Can you see how one mistake can lead to next?

If you can avoid the first mistake and remember that everything is done exactly as needed, you'll be well on your way to seeing it as a shock, not a standstill.

It can not always be obvious immediately because something is happening, but has faith and knows that it is for the best structure and development of your Spirit.

Soon you will have to walk on water or at least along it.

When you change your mind, you can change your life. Remember that when you shine, the world shines brighter for you!
